After the initial consultation we consider the design and materials to use.

The actual design is prepared in CAD Format, and analyzed for fitment and performance.

From here files and drawings are prepared for either Hand Cutting, Laser or CNC Water Jet Cutting  where critical precision is required.

Components are checked throughout the process ensuring they meet the requirements and specifications.

The actual design does not finish until the items produced have performed the purposed they were made for and the customer is (more than) satisfied!
