RAM Motorsport / Pipercross Bespoke Air Filters are one of our strongest divisions. We can swiftly produce the element to suit the application, with accurate repeatability.

We select the right materials for the application, design in CAD prior to production to ensure proper fit, then cut the materials/templates with either the latest CNC Laser or Abrasive Water Jet Cutting Machines, or in some cases the aluminium is hand-cut!

The Support Rings are hand-formed/finished prior to assembly and fitment testing. Our quality control throughout the process is second to none, with regular post delivery follow ups for ultimate customer satisfaction!

For multiple Air Filter Elements / pre-production prototyping additional copies are made for reference.
